Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the package.
Returns are offered in the form of store credit, as cash refunds are not provided.
For swimwear and apparel returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
No deodorant stains. If so, the item will not be accepted and be returned back to the customer.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage.
Buyer is responsible for paying for return postage. It will not be
reimbursed; we recommend getting tracking.
